The ROI Report is a read-only page, accessible via a unique link, that summarizes performance over a selected time period. It requires no login to view.

The design is intentionally minimal. No product chrome, no login prompts. Just the numbers and charts that tell the story.

The cost savings number

The headline number is estimated cost savings. This requires one input: your configured per-ticket cost. The default is $10 — a conservative estimate for many SaaS support contexts. The report is transparent about how it's calculated, which builds more credibility than inflated claims.

Generating and sharing the report

From the Analytics section of your dashboard, select a date range and click "Generate ROI Report." Companin creates a unique, read-only URL valid for 90 days. No tracking cookies, no data collection from viewers, no login required.

Using it in a renewal conversation

Share it a few days before the budget review with a short message: "Here's a summary of what our AI agent has handled over the past quarter." Most managers will read it and arrive at the conversation with the headline already in their head — which puts the positive framing first.
