Connected Accounts
When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Trello, or Notion, we only request the permissions required to deliver features such as task extraction, email summaries, and unified search. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Files & Content
Files and emails used for summaries are processed securely through our backend. We do not use your content to train external models or for advertising.
How We Use Your Data
The data you connect is used solely to power the features of our AI assistant. This includes extracting tasks from your emails, notes, and files; generating summaries of long documents, emails, or meetings; drafting responses to emails and messages; and providing answers through the AI chat agent based on your connected data. By syncing your accounts, our platform is able to keep your tasks, projects, and deadlines aligned across tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Trello, and Notion.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
Data Storage & Security
All information is stored securely in PostgreSQL databases and protected with encryption. Communication between your browser (Next.js frontend) and our server (Django backend) is always encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are never stored in plain text but are hashed before being saved. Access to your data is limited to authorized systems and processes only.
Your Rights and Control
You remain in control of your information at all times. You may disconnect your Google, Trello, or Notion accounts at any point. You may also request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. If needed, you can export your data to keep a personal copy.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by email or provide a notice within the app.
