You may use Companin's Customer Support AI Agent platform, which includes the API for creating and managing conversational agents, the embeddable chat widget for integrating agents into websites, and tools for adding knowledge data and connecting third-party services, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to, attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, distributing malware, or using it in a way that could harm our systems or other users.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.
