See the last indexed timestamp for every knowledge source, get staleness warnings, check index coverage, and trigger a fresh re-ingest in one click. No more confidently wrong answers from stale documentation.

What the Knowledge Base Health Dashboard shows
Last indexed. When was each source last processed? If a source hasn't been indexed in 14 days and the underlying content changes frequently, that's a risk.
Staleness warnings. Companin flags sources that haven't been re-indexed within your configured window (default: 7 days).
Index coverage. What percentage of the source was successfully processed? Coverage below 100% means some content isn't reachable by the agent.
Re-ingest button. Trigger a fresh index of any source directly from the dashboard. No code, no API call. The new index is live within minutes for most sources.
Setting up automatic re-indexing
For sources that change frequently, manual re-indexing is unnecessary overhead. Companin supports scheduled re-indexing: set a source to re-index daily, weekly, or on a custom schedule, and it happens automatically.
Most teams set their primary documentation site to daily and their less frequently updated sources to weekly. This keeps the knowledge base current without any manual intervention.
